metaOcean to use SterGen technology to bring 3D sports to Korea

metaOcean, the Internet rights holder of the Korean Football League (K-League), has signed an agreement to use SterGen technology to bring high-quality 3D sports to Korea.

It will use the SterGen LIVE! real-time 3D conversion platform to make 3D sports programming available to Korean broadcasters and carriers. SterGen’s technology enables real-time conversion of 2D camera feeds and programme footage into true stereoscopic 3D – in a quality that is similar to and often higher than native 3D shooting. …
