Science lessons at Mt. Morris High School (Michigan) come to life with 3D technology

Mt. Morris students’ lesson plans are coming to life — or at least they give that illusion.
About a year after purchasing 3D technology for science classrooms at Mt. Morris High School, teachers started putting them into action this school year.
“It’s great. I love technology in the classroom. (Students) all enjoy it,” said Amy Massey, science teacher at Mt. Morris High School. “I think it’s more adaptable. I think they are more open armed to learning something that is a little more Greek to them with technology.”
The school bought six projectors for the science department, along with sets of 3D glasses, using a federal School Improvement Grant the school received in September, 2010.
